COURSE DESCRIPTION: This interactive, creative arts workshop uses paints and art processes combined with insight techniques to access your deeper self. Discover more about yourself through the creative divinity within you. This light-hearted class includes presentation, meditation and reflection, discussion, ceremony, drawing, painting and other art activities, as well as spiritual principles and affirmative prayer. The focus will be on the process of creativity and self-discovery, not on any finished product. Creativity is common to us all while each individual expresses it uniquely. You do not need to be an “artist“ to attend!

REQUIRED MATERIALS: You may bring any personal images or special mementos you wish to include in your work but all necessary materials will be provided.
