Wedding Planning

Complete Your Wedding
P
lan Questionnaire

To help facilitate the planning and scheduling of your ceremony, please complete the form to the left and return it to Rev. Amy. After our initial consultation and agreement to proceed, a $100 deposit (toward the total fee) confirms your date and time.

You may pay by check or credit card via PayPal at my website. Include any additional information you want me to incorporate into your ceremony. Unless you are choosing the minimal civil ceremony, at our consultation I learn about you both as people, your relationship, beliefs, story, preferences, etc. to customize your ceremony.

Your Marriage License:
To be married anywhere in the State of Washington, obtain your license from the WA County nearest you at least 3 days prior to your wedding day and no longer than 60 days in advance. Online go to www.wa.gov for information about your county. Click on "More How-Do-I Questions," select Marriage Licenses and click on your county. Call your local marriage license office at the phone number given to obtain directions and hours, usually for the courthouse or county administrative building. It will give you information about fees and requirements. Often you can print out the application forms to submit in person at the county office.

Here are 3 local office numbers:
Kitsap County: 360-337-4935
King County: 206-296-3933
Snohomish County: 425-388-3627
